Brian P. Matousek, Esq. is an associate at Grayson and Associates, LLC. Mr. Matousek has handled a wide array of civil and criminal matters, ranging from complex family disputes to commercial litigation. Mr. Matousek has handled every aspect of civil litigation, including lead counsel in multiple civil trials.

   Mr. Matousek also has an extensive background in commercial and residential real estate transactions, preparation of commercial and residential leases, Landlord/Tenant disputes, family disputes, including divorce, child support and custody, business disputes, municipal court appearances, DUI matters, criminal matters, OAL police and firemen appeals, Superior Court appeals, probate litigation and administration, and Restraining Order trials.

     Mr. Matousek earned a Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in History from Montclair State University and his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law. While at Michigan State, Mr. Matousek was accepted into the prestigious Fieger Trial Practice Institute and was an Associate Editor of the Journal of Trial Practice and Advocacy.

 

     Mr. Matousek is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey. Mr. Matousek is also a member of the Essex County Bar Association.
